I am so excited about my trip to Chicago where I will meet the organizers of the Indie Author Project. It’s the group that sponsored the contest that won me my first monetary award!
You may recall that I entered the contest last year and won runner-up in the Historical Fiction category. Such a huge validation for me since the judge were librarians from the US and Canada.
During the American Library Association conference (ALA) there will be a reception for all the contest winners, and we will be able to meet and share our publishing journeys.
After I return, I will post pictures of the event in a blog. So just want to say thank you to all of you who read As Gray As Black & White, who left a review on Amazon or Goodreads, and who have been supporting me and my work.
